At Lakshmika by Swetha, we take utmost care in curating and packaging every saree with love and attention to detail. Since our collections are limited and carefully handpicked, we request customers to read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns & Refunds
We offer returns or refunds only in case of:
- Damaged sarees
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong item received
To be eligible for a return or refund:
The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
An opening video of the package must be recorded clearly from the moment the parcel is opened. The video must clearly show the issue or damage on the saree/cloth.
The saree must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
Requests without an opening video will not be accepted.
Please note:
- Minor color variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings and will not be considered as defects.
- Slight weaving irregularities are part of handmade and traditional sarees and are not considered damages.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will share the return address and further instructions via WhatsApp or email.
Please do not send any products back without prior confirmation from our team.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Bank or payment gateway processing times may vary.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Sale or discounted products
- Customized or altered sarees
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Gift cards
